If I knew then that I will be too engrossed with computers, specifically the internet (my current “work” keep me connected most of the day), I would have taken a course in Information Technology. A year before I got married, I was partially accepted to take business graduate studies in the US (but did not pursue, bad I know). If I were in IT and still given the chance to study further, then maybe I would have considered taking a masters degree in information security online at Lewis University. Visiting the website, LU being a Catholic and Lasallian institution is enough for me to consider it. The program includes Managerial Concentration that focuses on securing information of businesses and government offices. Very appealing and promising if you ask me, especially that hackers and identity thieves abound the in WWW.
I know it is never too late to learn more but having a baby also shifted my focus. I just wished this realization came around much earlier.
